Hello fellow patchworker,

I think that I have nearly got this web site up and running, please be patient with me as this is a computer illiterant person in training, I am determined that it will not beat me. There are two very knowlegable people helping me, who actually designed the layout of this web site, I hope they have a lot of patience.

Brook Fabrics is located in the town of Crystal Brook and has been operating for about 13 years. I have decided to take the plunge and join the cyber world as I have done a little bit of advertising in Country Threads magazine and have had lots of visitors from other states drop in on their travels, I really enjoy talking to visitors to see what they are doing not only in patchwork but other crafts as well.

I am a member of Crystal Brook Quilters who meet every second & fourth monday of the month at 10.00am at the local tennis club, any quilter who happens to be in our area on any of these days are more than welcome to drop in for a visit & have a cuppa. I will be adding a page to this web site about Crystal Brook Quilters and showing you all some of there great work.

All the patterns you will see on this site are by local designers. I beleive in promoting local talent and I am sure that you will agree that these girls are very talented. Both Country Hart Designs & Cricklewood Crossing have been to some of the craft shows so you will be very familiar with there work. I have started dabbling with a few designs myself going under the name of Honey Pot Creations, again in training. If there happens to be any other designers out there from this region I would be only to happy to hear from you.
